Before departure, participants are invited to a pre-departure meeting in Copenhagen, where you will meet your fellow delegation members and hear from India specialists about the country’s business environment, economy, geopolitics and culture.

After returning, participants will have the opportunity to join the exclusive Board Network GEOBIZ network, continuing the relationships built during the delegation and connecting with other previous delegates from the Board Network Business Delegations.

ABOUT BOARD NETWORK
THE GEOPOLITICAL BUSINESS PROGRAM

Board Network – The Danish Professional Directors Association – was founded in Copenhagen in 2012 with the aim of professionalizing the Danish board agenda by focusing on the value-adding parts of corporate governance and board leadership.

Ever since, Board Network has been the leading forum for mutual inspiration between experienced board members. We take advantage of our vast international network of leading Chairs, professors and other experts on a global scale bringing them to Denmark to address the most pressing issues and surging trends among boards.

In 2024 we launched The Geopolitical Business Program which through conferences on The Global South and Ukraine and study trips to Beijing & Shanghai, Kyiv, Brussels, and Greenland so far has provided more than 85 Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, CxOs, and senior advisors with state of the art insight and inspiration fro the world’s geopolitical hot-spots.

All delegation trips are co-developed by Scandinavia Executive Institute, and are led by former Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeppe Kofod.
