Board Network will focus on the internal dynamics of the board, including the preparation of board meetings, formalities, meeting management, collaboration, and interpersonal dynamics. We will also particularly go in-depth with one of the most important tools for measuring and improving the board’s effectiveness – namely the board evaluations.

We present perspectives on the subject from both the investor side, some of the leading advisers in the field from both the UK and Denmark – and not least first-hand experience from the boardrooms in both Sweden and Denmark.
