“Sins and Virtues for Resilient Boards”

We focus on building adaptability, resilience, and execution power in boards —both when they are forced to respond to unexpected, external events, and when they work more proactively with the agenda through tools such as scenario planning. We will discuss topics such as purpose and ethics, risk management, crisis management, contingency planning, communication strategy, stakeholder management, and board responsibilities.

Look forward to a keynote from former Enron CFO Andy Fastow, who would talk about how things could go as wrong as they did at Enron back in 2001.
